Cabbage peeled from the outer leaves, peeled beets, gogonele and cucumbers, sliced, I admit that I was helped by the robot;) put and mix in a large bowl;)
Meanwhile, boil the vinegar with the salt and sugar, after the sugar has melted, add the spices and turn off the heat.
The juice obtained is added over sliced vegetables, mixed to incorporate and left to rest, cold, until the next day.
The vegetable mixture is placed in sterilized jars, packed well, then filled with the remaining liquid.
Before closing the jars, put a few cleaned and sliced horseradish threads.
